We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with legal effects on customers.
3. Who else processes your data
We use service providers that process data on our behalf (processors), under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Jumpseller — online shop platform and hosting;
- ifthenpay — MB WAY and Multibanco payment processing;
- Moloni — invoicing;
- DPD — delivery;
- Webnode — email hosting;

4. How long we keep data
- Orders and invoices: for the legal retention period for tax and accounting records.
- Customer account: while active; deleted if not used for 3 years.

- Enquiries and complaints: as long as needed to handle them, and then 1 year.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Just write to geral@naturaldogbarf.pt. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
6. Security
The shop uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payments are processed directly by ifthenpay: we do not store card or bank account details. Access to the shop's admin panel is limited to the people who handle orders.
