How it works

1. Calculate the portion. An adult dog eats about 2–3% of its body weight per day; a puppy, 8–10%. Use the calculator to get an estimate.
2. Fill the box. Frozen products come in 12 kg or 18 kg boxes, and you can mix flavours. The cart shows how much more is needed. We ship frozen orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so they always arrive before the weekend.
3. Combine whatever you like from Platinum. Dry food and snacks are shipped in the same order, with no minimum requirement.
4. Pay and receive. MB WAY, Multibanco, or card. Have it delivered to your home or pick it up at the MyFriend store in Lagos.
5. Store in the freezer. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and serve raw.
