Shipping, pickup, and returns

Home delivery

• We deliver to mainland Portugal via DPD; we do not ship to the Azores and Madeira.
• The BARF is shipped frozen, in 12 kg or 18 kg boxes, or in combinations of these boxes (24, 30, 36 kg…). You can mix flavours.
• Free shipping on all BARF orders.
• Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days (24 to 48 hours) after payment confirmation. You will receive the tracking number via email.
• Frozen BARF products are sold online in complete boxes of 12 or 18 kg (or multiples of 6 kg from 12 kg), flavours may be mixed, and are delivered to your door in mainland Portugal. Frozen orders are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays so they are delivered before the weekend. Smaller quantities can be bought directly at the MyFriend shop in Lagos. If, for any reason, an order that does not make up a complete box is accepted, we will contact the customer before shipping to complete it; if this is not possible, the order is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded in full, using the same payment method, within 14 days at the latest.

In-store pickup in Lagos

• MyFriend Store, Rua Teixeira Gomes, Lt 18 cv/B, 8600-587 Lagos (next to the Ameijeira post office).
• No cost and no minimum quantity.
• You can pick it up immediately after payment confirmation. Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am–1:00 pm and 3:00 pm–7:00 pm; closed Saturday afternoons.

When you receive the order

Store the products in the freezer immediately. If the box arrives damaged or the products are thawed, refuse the delivery or contact us on the same day at geral@naturaldogbarf.pt, including photographs.

Returns

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, except for frozen products (which are perishable) and opened packages of dry food or snacks. Full details are available in the Terms and Conditions .
